Firstly, let me introduce myself.  I am Joe Fox, the Guest Relations Manager here at the Clarion Hotel IFSC. 

I am delighted to advise you that the Guest Relations team are based at the front desk. It is the aim of the Guest Relations Team to provide you with a level of service that will exceed your expectations at all times.
