The Clarion Hotel IFSC, is
AA Business Hotel of the year
The Clarion Dublin IFSC is the
AA Business Hotel of the Year. The
award was announced on the 10th October 2007 at a
ceremony in the Guinness Gravity Bar in Dublin. The
ceremony was attended by leading figures in Irish Tourism,
including Minister Seamus Brennan, who presented the
award.
The prestigious award was introduced
by the AA last year to recognise a growing segment
in the hotel market where the customer’s needs,
and the skills to serve them, are somewhat different.
The Clarion Hotel Dublin IFSC stood out in a crowded
category as the hotel that struck the best balance
in understanding the needs of business customers
while still retaining the characteristic of charm,
friendliness and warmth that are such brand strengths
of the Irish hospitality industry.
“The Clarion Hotel stands out as being totally
focused on providing a professional service to its
business guests.” Says AA membership director
Dennis Fisk. “Their superb location on the heart
of the IFSC on the river Liffey and their specialized
business team continues to impress clients and AA Inspectors.
The diverse menu at the Kudos Restaurant deservingly
retains its AA Rosette award while there is plenty
of opportunity to relax at the substantial pool, the
sauna and steam room.”
